BC Financial Services Authority (BCFSA) is seeking proposals from experienced and qualified proponents for a comprehensive cloud-based SaaS Project Portfolio Management Tool (PPM)  to provide a holistic toolset to manage BCFSA’s project portfolio. Through this RFP, BCFSA seeks to elicit Proposals to enable BCFSA to:
  1. i.  evaluate the technical qualifications, experience, capabilities and relative strengths of Proponents;
  2. ii.  establish pricing and costs;
  3. iii. specify the terms and conditions that would govern any resulting contract; and
  4. iv. select the successful Proponent, if any, to fulfil the Requirement.
The selected PPM tool is expected to create value for our business teams by efficiently managing project portfolios. This includes project budgets, scheduling, demand management, resource management, risk management, and benefits realization, along with providing robust portfolio reporting to the executive leadership. Additionally, seamless integration with existing systems, scalability, top-tier security, and a user-friendly interface are imperative for successful adoption and integration into our operations. The solution should align with our specific technical requirements, data management protocols, and compliance standards.

The successful Proponent will bring proven expertise and experience in implementing and delivering tailored PPM solutions with focus on project portfolio success, catering to the unique needs of the organization.

The initial term of the contract will be five (5) years with one (1) five (5) year option to renew the contract, at the sole discretion of BCFSA.
