Submissions are invited by Graham Construction and Engineering LP (on behalf of TransLink) for Supplier / Trade Contractor pre-qualifications relating to contract SkyTrain OMC4 Site-Wide Supplier / Services Contract.
This Request for Qualifications is advertised on BC Bid. All respondents will be directed to Graham Construction (to contact as per instructions attached). It is the sole responsibility of the Respondents to notify Graham Construction of their intention to submit a prequalification in order to receive any addenda, amendments, or further information. Note, this request for qualifications is not a competitive bidding process, nor is it an invitation to bid.
Intent of Procurement Process
Graham is issuing a 2 Stage process to engage suppliers to provide services (as noted in the packages below) for the remaining duration of the OMC4 project. Stage 1 (this current prequalification) will shortlist a group of prequalified bidders to Stage 2 of the procurement process where selected bidders will provide competitive unit rates for their scope of work. Information provided by the bidders in both stages (1 & 2) will be considered in the final selection of the supplier(s) for this work.
Scope of Works
The Scope includes supplier contracts for the following items: Traffic Control, Construction Cleaning, Street Cleaning, Environmental Consulting Services & Material Testing and Inspection Services.
A project brief with preliminary site plans is included to illustrate the intent of the overall project.
