April 11/24 - Lot 2 used to enter submissions received in Lot 1. Administration error in Lot 1 set up.
All equipment work for this contract is hourly and bidders will bid on +/- Rate of Change from BC Road Builders & Heavy Construction Association Blue Book. The % Rate of Change shall be applied to all equipment listed for the contract.
The work to be carried out under this contract may consist of the following:
• Spot surfacing and road gravelling
• Pullout construction, maintenance and/or extension
• Ditch and road slump repairs
• Culvert maintenance, replacement, and installation
• Road grading and packing
• Sign maintenance
• Gravel pit development
• Bridge installations, removals, or repairs
• Road deactivation and/or reactivation
• Beaver stop installation
• Snow plowing
• Danger tree removal and Right of Way brushing
• Grass seeding
• Minor road construction
$20,000.00 in quantities of work will be guaranteed for this contract, but quantities are anticipated to be higher than the guaranteed amount.
