Notice is hereby given that the Ministry of Public Safety and Solicitor General is contemplating making a direct award of a contract to Houle LEAP Advisory Inc. (the “Supplier”).

The Supplier will lead a multi-disciplinary team to complete a Service Delivery Model Analysis to identify and assess options for additional correctional centre capacity needs in northern BC, utilizing and including technical resources for architectural, cost, and security related expertise.
