The Capital Region Housing Corporation (CRHC) invites detailed proposals from Electrical Engineering Firms in accordance with the Proposal Documents. The purpose of this Request for Proposals (RFP) is to select an Electrical Engineer to provide Services as an Electrical Engineer of Record for CRHC’s proposed affordable housing development project located at 1183 Verdier Avenue, Central Saanich, BC.
All proponents are encouraged to review the mandatory criteria within Appendix “D” – Evaluation Form and Procedures of the RFP.
