Description
ʔaq̓am is planning a Wetland Restoration Project. You are invited to submit a proposal for providing the heavy equipment and heavy equipment operators needed to complete the project. The project will involve wetland excavation and habitat enhancement using coarse woody debris on the Kootenay IR 1. Work is planned for 7 consecutive weeks, starting August 26, 2024, and is subject to weather conditions and fire risk.
The project is anticipated to be up to 360 hours of construction between August 26 – October 11, 2024. The project will require two excavators and two dozers. All excavators on this project must be equipped with FOPS (falling-object protective structure) and a working thumb attachment.
