Description
TransLink is seeking consultant support to undertake research to assess public attitudes on regulatory approaches to reducing green house gas emission, specifically related to light duty vehicles. Public attitudes will be assessed over the course of 18-24 months, and in conjunction with technical assessments of the regulatory approaches. Based on the outcome of phases 1 and 2, a third phase of regional public research may be implemented.
