Description
This Request for Quotations (the “RFQ”) is an invitation by the District of North Cowichan (the “District”) to prospective respondents to submit quotations for Bulk Road Salt, as further described in Section A of the RFQ Particulars (Appendix B) (the “Deliverables”).
The objective of this RFQ is to select a qualified Proponent to supply Bulk Road Salt on an as required basis for the 2022/2023 winter season.
The Owner invites tenders for:
