Technical Safety BC is responsible for the oversight of refrigeration systems and equipment through each stage of its lifecycle. Regulatory oversight is provided by applying controls at different stages of the lifecycle that are tailored to potential technical risks. The type and level of regulatory oversight required is dependent on the severity of the risks identified.The purpose of this initiative to find experience and qualified consultant to analyze the risks associated with refrigeration systems left unattended in different operational states and how probability of occurrence is affected over time.
