The Regional District of Nanaimo (RDN) is pleased to continue the Zero Waste Recycling Funding program in 2023, which seeks to increase the diversion of materials away from the Regional Landfill and to increase the recyclability of materials across regional, national and global markets while promoting and supporting the circular economy.
