Electronic Research Administration System (eRAS)

This Request for Information (RFI) is an invitation by the Alliance of Canadian Comprehensive Research Universities (ACCRU) to determine market capabilities, improve ACCRU’s understanding of potential opportunities to leverage economies of scale for a shared or common Electronic Research Administration System (“eRAS”) solution for members. Additionally, the RFI is also to obtain high level budgeting information and provide the marketplace an opportunity to comment on their ability to support ACCRU objectives. This enhanced understanding will assist ACCRU in identifying next steps towards the preferred option(s) and a possibility of preparing a potential commercial process.

BCNET is issuing and managing this RFI process on behalf of ACCRU. BCNET is a not-for-profit, shared services organization that represents the interests of our members –– colleges, universities, and research institutions in British Columbia.
