First Nations Health Authority – Constituent Relationship Management (CRM) - Donor Management

The First Nations Health Authority (FNHA) is interested in receiving Expressions of Interest from organizations to supply one or more products &/or services offering Constituent Relationship Management (CRM) with Donor Management capabilities and that can support specific business process management scenarios. This solution, service, or suite of tools will be configurable so as to meet FNHA’s current requirements and expandable to address anticipated future needs. FNHA is also interested in receiving estimates for the nature, cost and timing of professional services that would be required for the phased setup, configuration and ongoing support of the product(s) &/or service(s). FNHA encourage all interested Proponents to submit their Proposals, as it will assist FNHA in this discovery phase. Following the submission deadline, FNHA will review the submissions and may invite Proponents to present their recommended solution in person (or by virtual meeting) and should be prepared to discuss and demonstrate aspects of their solution’s capabilities along with their phased approach, professional services and related pricing. The FNHA is in the discovery phase, and the requirement, as well as the methodology is subject to change. As such, the FNHA is under no obligation to enter into discussions, negotiations, and agreements with anyone, or more, Respondents, and may subsequently issue a formal RFQ and/or RFP.
