2024-10 Biosolids Land Application Services for the District of North Cowichan

This Request for Quotations (the "NOI") is a Notice of Intent by the District of North Cowichan (the "District") to Notice is hereby given by the Corporation of the District of North Cowichan (hereafter the
“Owner”or the “District”) of its intent to award a contract to Sylvis Environmental (hereafter the
“Supplier”) to undertake a biosolids land application program (hereafter the “Services”).
The contract will be for 3 years with an option to renew for up to an additional 2 years

Vendors wishing to object to this decision should submit in writing by email the reasons for
their objection to the Contact Person listed below, on or before the Closing Date. Objections
should clearly indicate how the vendor can meet the needs described in section 4, items 1
through 2 above. Any and all objections received by this date will be given due consideration. If
justified, a meeting with District of North Cowichan representatives present to discuss the
decision will be called to receive vendor representations regarding this contract. District of
North Cowichan will determine if any objections received will result in a competition for this
opportunity; District of North Cowichan’s decisions in this regard will be final.
