Description
SUMMARY:
Through this Request for Proposals, the District of Lake Country (the “District”) invites Proposals from organizations that are experienced in delivering Payroll Software for Canadian local governments. The objective for the District is to procure Software that effectively supports the District’s payroll operations for its approximately 150 employees, across the functional areas of; payroll, payroll reports, and benefits.
The proposed Software Contract to be executed with the successful Respondent will be in two ‘Stages’ as follows:Stage A – One-Time Configuration & Implementation to ‘Go-Live’. This is scheduled to commence upon Contract execution no later than September 1, 2026, and ‘Go-Live’ must be achieved within 21 weeks (no later than February 1, 2027). Stage B – Ongoing Licensing & Support, commencing from ‘Go-Live’. This will be for a 5-Year Initial Term from Go-Live. There will also be a 5-Year Optional Extension period subject to mutual agreement between the parties on pricing and terms. Should the Optional Extension period be executed, the Contract Term will be a total of 10-Years from Go-Live.
