Description
Island Health (Landlord) is inviting proposals for the provision of operating a café at the Quw'utsun Valley Hospital / Quw'utsun Hulitun-ew't-hw located at 6775 Bell Mckinnon Road, Duncan, BC. The term of lease is expected to be five (5) years, plus two additional 5-year extensions, starting May 1, 2027. The potential term could be up to 15 years.
An optional site visit is scheduled on June 17, 2026, at 2:30pm, at 6775 Bell Mckinnon Road, Duncan. Meeting point will be at the main trailer office on-site.
All persons in attendance must either bring their own personal protective equipment (i.e. steel toe footwear, safety eye glasses, hard hat, high visibility vest, etc.) or wear the personal protective equipment provided by Island Health.
Interested bidders are required to submit their intention to attend by end of day June 12, 2026 through the bidding system by using the Vendor Discussions feature found under the Messages section.
