    Description
    Island Health (”Landlord”) is inviting proposals for the provision of three (3) retail units (“Lease Units”)at the Royal Jubilee Hospital (“RJH”) located at 1952 Bay Street, Victoria, BC. The term of lease is expected to be five (5) years, plus two additional 5-year extensions, starting Fall 2026. The potential term could be up to 15 years.

    Proponents are welcomed and encouraged to present interest in more than one Lease Units; however, the business model for each Lease Unit proposed must be diverse (i.e.. no two flower shops).
