This Request for Proposals (the “RFP”) is an invitation by the City of West Kelowna (the “City”) to prospective proponents to submit proposals to provide a paved parking lot for additional City Hall Facility parking at 3731 Old Okanagan Hwy. The project consists of constructing a 100-stall parking lot for the City Hall Facility in the northeast corner of the property
