Description
This Request for Quotations (the “RFQ”) is an invitation by the City of West Kelowna (the “City”) to prospective respondents to submit quotations for Core Server Replacement 2026, as further described in Section A of the RFQ Particulars (Appendix B) (the “Deliverables”).
The purpose of this Request for Quotation (RFQ) is to obtain competitive quotations for the supply and delivery of core server infrastructure hardware to support the City of West Kelowna’s corporate datacenter infrastructure renewal. The equipment will be used to establish a new Lenovo ThinkAgile-based Azure Local (formerly Azure Stack HCI) cluster, replacing the existing Nutanix hyperconverged infrastructure.
Contract duration
The estimated contract period will be 2 month(s).
