This Request for Proposals (RFP) invites qualified Construction Management firms (Proponents) with a demonstrated track record of successfully delivering construction management services for institutional facilities and infrastructure projects within higher education environments to submit proposals for the provision of Construction Management services to The University of British Columbia for the Earth Sciences Building (ESB) District Energy System (DES) Connection Energy Transfer Station (ETS) project.
