The First Nations Health Authority (FNHA) hereby gives notice of its intent to directly award an agreement to the following supplier for the renewal of the Enterprise Data Virtualization License Renewal – On-Prem, for a term of up to 24 months with a possibility of further extensions.

The Contractor shall provide the following services:
Vendors who wish to formally challenge this decision must submit a detailed written objection addressed to Stephen Chan, by email to FNHA.contracts@fnha.ca before Tuesday, July 22, 2025 at 14:00 PST. The First Nations Health Authority (FNHA) will review any objections received and provide them with due consideration. Upon completion of this review, FNHA reserves the right to proceed with either a formal competitive tendering process or to finalize a direct award to a vendor selected at FNHA’s discretion, based on the review’s outcome and what is determined to be in the best interest of the organization.

Premium 24/7 support, including rapid response times, a dedicated Technical Account Manager, and access to training and certifications.
