Description
The First Nations Health Authority (FNHA) is issuing this RFP to invite interested and qualified Proponents to submit a Proposal for Refresh of the Northern First Nations Health and Wellness Plan. The qualified consultant or consulting team is to lead the planning, engagement, facilitation, analysis, and document development activities required to refresh the Northern First Nations Health and Wellness Plan. The work will be conducted in close collaboration with NFNHPC members, First Nations communities, health system partners, and other key stakeholders.
