NOTICE OF INTENT TO CONTRACT

Notice is hereby given by South Coast British Columbia Transportation Authority (“TransLink”) of its intent to extend existing Master Services Agreements with the following pre-qualified contractors for Construction Works up to February 28, 2025 as TransLink prepares new Invitation to Pre-Qualify that will include TransLink’s new sustainable procurement requirements.
1. Bird Construction;
2. Graham Construction and Engineering LP;
3. Chandos Construction Ltd.;
4. PCL Constructors Westcoast Inc.;
5. Pomerleau Inc.; and
6. Smith Bros. & Wilson (BC) Inc.
TransLink Invitation to Pre-Qualify is anticipated to be publicly posted in Q4 of 2024. This notice to contract is provided for administrative purposes only.
