Description
The Village of Clinton is seeking a qualified Consultant to update its Official Community Plan (OCP) and zoning bylaw. The outcome of this project is anticipated to be thorough OCP policies and zoning regulations that assist the Village to improve its safety, liveability, curb appeal, and business-mindedness while satisfying all legislative requirements. The consultant will also prepare an implementation plan, a development approvals process assessment, a compliance review, and a transition plan.
Engagement and bylaw development processes should be conducted with an understanding of Clinton’s unique demographic makeup. Areas of content focus are wildfire and economic resilience, housing, natural asset protection, reconciliation, mobility, community integration, and financial sustainability in the delivery of public services and amenities related to growth.
The work will include delivery of presentations and workshops to the public, committees, and Council.
