for the operation of a synthetic outdoor rink, skate rental shop, and concession. The 4900 square foot
skating rink is a draw for tourists and residents and is operated free of admission. The concession
and skate rental shop is currently a 320 square foot space located at 500 Esplanade Avenue, Harrison
