Notice is hereby given by the South Coast British Columbia Transportation Authority (“TransLink”) of its intent to contract with Alstom Transport Canada Inc (the “Supplier”) for Technical Support and Consultation Services relating to the Mark III SkyTrain passenger railcars and equipment designed, engineered, manufactured, assembled, tested, delivered and commissioned by the Supplier.
