The project consists of a new seven-classroom wood frame single storey building located behind the existing school. The lowest or any tender will not necessarily be accepted.

Site Visit & RFI Cutoff Period
There will be a site visit for all interested bidders held at 3365 Boundary Rd E, West Kelowna on Wednesday November 6, 2024 at 2:30pm. As this is an active school, please wear PPE for identifying yourself as part of the contractor group. Please check in with Superintendent Patrick Burgon at the Unitech Site trailer, 604-619-7952.
The site visit is mandatory for the following contracts:
C-002 Cast in Place Concrete – Supply, Form and Place
C-019 Mechanical
C-020 Electrical
C-021 Civil & Building Excavation
C-023 Landscaping, Irrigation
and strongly recommended for all other contracts to become familiar with the nuances of the site access and construction areas.
All interested bidders please respond to kolson@unitechcm.ca no later than 5PM on Tuesday November 6th with name, company, contact info and which contract you will be bidding.
All tender-related questions must be submitted as a formal Tender RFI to kolson@unitechcm.ca and mkoop@unitechcm.ca by 5pm on Tuesday November 8, 2024.
