Description
The City of Courtenay (the “City”) is seeking quotations from qualified vendors (the “Bidder”) for the provision of services for the roof replacement services for the following properties located on or near the Courtenay Airpark and Marina located at 102 20th Street, Courtenay, BC:
- the Lagoon Trail Canopy; and
- the Park Café (Marina Building).
An optional site meeting will be held on Monday, June 20, 2022 at 10:30am in front of the Park Café (102, 20th Street, Courtenay, BC). Bidders should come with appropriate safety equipment.
The services required under this request for quotation (the “RFQ”) are described in the attached schedules and the Bidder, by submitting a quotation, undertakes to provide the services for the price quoted and as specified.
Quotations clearly marked “RFQ – Air Park Roof Replacements” are to be submitted via
- the Lagoon Trail Canopy; and
- the Park Café (Marina Building).
