Capital Region Housing Corporation Development Consultants RFSO

Regional Housing, a department of the Capital Region Housing Corporation (CRHC), a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Capital Regional District (CRD), is issuing a Request for Standing Offer (RFSO) to establish a list of pre-qualified Development Consultants.

The purpose of this RFSO is to engage Consultants experienced in government-funded project requirements and compliance with BC Housing standards. The resulting Standing Offer List will ensure that CRHC has reliable access to qualified Consultants who can effectively advance affordable housing initiatives while meeting regulatory standards and adhering to funding requirements.

The CRHC will place successful proponent(s) on a Standing Offer List comprising of multiple Service Providers (Development Consultants). These proponent(s) will support various government and BC Housing-funded affordable housing projects throughout the region on an as-and-when-needed basis. Successful proponent(s) will enter into a Standing Offer Agreement with CRHC and a Development Consultant Services Contract with BC Housing.
 When work is required, CRHC will select a Service Provider and assign Work in accordance with one of the processes described in Appendix E – Process For Awarding Work.
