The provision of management consulting service through an individual, or a team of individuals, designated as a CRM to lead and coordinate communities’ transition from responding to an emergency event to recovering from that emergency event. This includes providing consulting services related to measures to re-establish social, cultural, environmental, economic, personal and community well-being through inclusive measures that reduce disaster vulnerability while enhancing sustainability and resilience.
