The Regional District of Okanagan-Similkameen (RDOS) has experienced ongoing challenges related to space capacity for its corporate staff. In response to these needs, the RDOS is in the process of negotiating the purchase of a property located at 3547 Skaha Lake Road, Penticton, with the intention of transforming the building into a suitable and functional office environment.
To achieve this, the RDOS is seeking proposals from qualified and experienced firms to provide professional services for the renovation and fit out of the property. The scope of this phase of work includes space planning, conceptual design, detailed design, and the preparation of comprehensive construction documentation.
