ITT 25.081 - Staircase Restoration - Victoria Transit Centre

BC Transit has a requirement for work that generally consists of the provision of all labour, supervision, materials, equipment, transportation, temporary works, supplies, services, permits, licenses, and all other necessary items (the “Work”) required to repair BC Transit’s concrete stairs located at 665 Garbally Road, Victoria, BC. The existing stairs have multiple areas in need of concrete repair, as detailed in the contract drawings, along with corresponding modifications of the handrails at the stair stringers. In addition, two new handrails (one each side) are to be installed below the north stairs and Contractor to install Owner-supplied tactile indicator pads at top of both sets of stairs.
