Office Supplies and Copy Paper

The purpose of this Request for Proposals (RFP) is to solicit competitive proposals from qualified suppliers for the provision of office supplies and copy paper to participating BCNET Members in British Columbia. This procurement initiative is led by BCNET, acting on behalf of its members to establish Master Agreements with one or more suppliers capable of delivering a comprehensive range of products and value-added services. The scope of this RFP includes, but is not limited to, the supply and delivery of general office supplies, copy paper, toners, IT accessories, and related products.

The successful proponent(s) will be expected to provide high-quality, cost-effective, and sustainable solutions that meet the diverse needs of participating institutions. The RFP is structured into two distinct lots: Category A for office supplies and Category B for copy paper, allowing proponents to submit proposals for one or both categories.
