Notice is hereby given that Capital Regional District (the “CRD”), intends to directly award a Contract to the following supplier to provide a subscription renewal of ServiceDesk Plus Enterprise 95 Technician licenses and 4250 Nodes as the only Canadian partner of ServiceDesk Plus parent company ManageEngine for this software as a service (SaaS) for a term of one year at an estimated value of $43,771.81.

The estimated contract period will be 12 month(s).
