RFQ# Q250925-41 Roberts Bank Terminal 2 Landmass and Wharf Project

Vancouver Fraser Port Authority (VFPA) invites interested parties to submit their qualifications for the Roberts Bank Terminal 2 Landmass and Wharf project (the Project). Through the process described in the RFQ, VFPA anticipates identifying up to three Respondents to be invited to participate in the next phase of this competitive selection process, the Request for Proposals (RFP) phase, as Proponents.  The purpose of the RFQ and RFP processes is to identify a qualified entity that may be offered the opportunity to enter into a contract (Design Early Works Agreement or DEWA) to work collaboratively with VFPA to advance Project planning and design, and to finalize a design-build agreement (DBA), including a target price, to complete the Project.

Receipt Confirmation Form, Restricted Access Website and RFQ Data Room

All further information relating to the RFQ, including Addenda and background data (RFQ Data Room) will be made available through a restricted access website (Restricted Access Website).  In order to receive access to the Restricted Access Website and RFQ Data Room, Respondents are requested to complete, sign and e-mail the following documents to the Contact Person

Confidentiality Agreement (Appendix C)
Access to the RFQ Data Room may be provided to additional individuals named by the Respondent Representative once the Receipt Confirmation Form is received by the Contact Person.
