7/25/2025 - Bowen Island Municipality (‘BIM’, the ‘Municipality’) is seeking proposals from a consultant led team to develop an Inflow and Infiltration (I&I) Reduction Program for the Snug Cove Sewer System (‘the
System’). The I&I Reduction Program should include recommendations to identify, analyze and provide
recommendations to address (preferably eliminate, but at minimum mitigate) I&I occurrences within the
System.
