Parks Department Utility Tasks Vehicle (UTV)

The Regional District of Okanagan-Similkameen (RDOS) Parks Department invites proposals for the supply of a Utility Task Vehicle (UTV) to support the ongoing operations and maintenance of regional parks and trails. The selected UTV will be used year-round in both urban and remote settings, providing essential services such as snow removal, garbage collection, and minor repairs. The vehicle must be capable of operating both off-road and public roadways, and must include features that ensure durability, safety, and winter readiness, -- specifically a heated cab and snowplow. The RDOS has established some basic requirements/ specifications to fit the needs and will be evaluating the UTV proposals on a fit for purpose basis. The RDOS’s priority is to select a UTV that most suits its requirements, while also considering an environmentally friendly option.
