Description
The purpose of this Request for Proposals (RFP) is to solicit qualified and experienced design-build contractors to undertake the complete design, supply, delivery, and installation of a new Viewing Platform at Harrison Highlands Park. The Viewing Platform will extend from the existing pathway and protrude over the pond, offering an accessible and safe space for passive recreation, scenic viewing, and community engagement. This project seeks to enhance the natural character of the park while providing inclusive access and long-term durability through thoughtful, environmentally responsible design.
