he District of Sooke (Municipality) is hereby giving notice of its intent to direct award a consulting service
contract for the project management, contract administration and reporting for the “Municipal and Regional
District Tax (MRDT),” to 4EVER Strategies Inc. located at 201-1934 Boxwood Road Nanaimo BC, V9S 5Y2.
4EVER Strategies Inc. has completed a comprehensive MRDT application process for the District of Sooke
over the last two years while coordinating all application materials, as well as coordination with all applicable
stakeholders including, but not limited to, Ministry of Tourism, Arts Culture and Sports, Ministry of Finance,
Capital Regional District, local hotels in Sooke, as well as other community members. The District of Sooke has been approved to start collecting the MRDT effective November 1, 2025.
