Description
The City of Delta requires the services of landscape design professionals on an “as and when requested” basis to provide services relating to park design. Through this Request for Qualifications, City Delta wishes to identify firms qualified to provide these services. Firms responding to this competition must have a minimum of one landscape architect who is a member of the British Columbia Society of Landscape Architects (BCSLA) on staff. The City’s intent is to create a short list of qualified firms and subsequently invite them to submit firm-priced quotations as projects arise.
Potential respondents should be aware that this opportunity relates to creation of a list only. The City of Delta makes no representation as to the volume of future business the opportunity may represent. The annual work plan, budget and then-current in-house capacity will all play a role in determining the projects competed through this process.
The intent is to maintain the list for a three-year period.

It is the sole responsibility of the Proponent to ensure it has obtained, prior to the closing date and time set out above, any addenda issued by the City of Delta. Addenda will be posted on BC Bid.
Submission of Questions:
Any questions are to be submitted in writing, by email, to the contact person below. Questions should be submitted by June 13, 2022. The City will endeavour to respond to all questions received before this date.
