Description
This Request for Quotation is issued by the City of Delta on behalf of the Participating Members (PMs) of the Lower Mainland Purchasing Group (LMPG). The LMPG is a consortium of municipal organizations that from time to time combine their like requirements into a cooperative procurement.
The LMPG is requesting quotations for the supply and delivery of various alkaline and lithium dry cell batteries on an “as and when requested” basis as specified in the bid documents.
Addenda:
It is the sole responsibility of the bidder to ensure it has obtained, prior to the closing, any addenda issued by the City of Delta. Addenda and all documents relating to this opportunity will be posted on the new BC Bid website.
Submission of Questions:
Any questions are to be submitted in writing, by email, to the contact person below. Questions should be submitted by September 1, 2022. The City will endeavour to respond to all questions received before this date. Bidders should not use the discussion forum on the BC Bid website to submit questions.
