- Determine market interest in providing an Applicant Tracking System to source, screen and manage candidates;
- Learn about the innovative and novel capabilities of current Applicant Tracking Systems that the market can offer;
- Gain a high-level understanding of the pricing models, including any upfront costs, and recurring fees for budget purposes, as well as service performance, implementation, and support services model;
- Solicit industry knowledge and expertise regarding best practices and innovative strategies that would increase the success of delivery of these services.
