ON-0002383 - Professional Development & Facilitation RFQ

This Request for Qualification (“RFQ”) aims to streamline procurement processes for professional development and facilitation services, ensure consistent quality of service and simplify supplier selection for current and future needs. By prequalifying organizations that can provide development services, BCFSA aims to refine leadership effectiveness, build organizational capability, address skills gaps and foster a culture of continuous learning.

BCFSA invites Respondents with demonstrated experience specializing in various Service categories related to professional development and facilitation services to submit responses to qualify in accordance with the Evaluation Process for the eligibility to provide Services as further described in the RFQ.
  
The intention of this RFQ is to select a Roster of Qualified Suppliers to meet the ongoing requirements for professional development and facilitation services at BCFSA. The Roster will be in place for a period of three (3) years with the option of two (2) additional one (1) year extensions at the sole discretion of BCFSA.

The Respondent will submit a response indicating the Service category(s) it wishes to be qualified for. The Respondent may submit responses to all, one or more Service categories. If a Respondent does not submit the requested information for a category, BCFSA will consider that the Respondent is interested in only the categories they have applied for. 

Interested Vendors should familiarize themselves with the entirety of this RFQ and submit a Response as described in the RFQ.
