HVAC Maintenance WR25-025 White Rock City

The City of White Rock (the “City”) is proposing to invite quotations for HVAC System Preventative Maintenance and Repair, as provided in the Scope of Work in the Part C of this RFQ. The objective of this Request for Quotation (this “RFQ”) is to invite qualified Bidders to each submit a competitive quotation (a “Quotation”) for the performance of the Work. The City intends to award a single Contract for the performance of the Work and encourages each Bidder to submit Quotations on that basis. However, the City may, in considering Quotations received, award separate Contracts for portions of the Work to one (1) or more Bidders and, accordingly, pursuant to Part B, 1.h. of this RFQ reserves its right to do so.
