25-023 Electrical and Mechanical Engineering Consultants

The purpose of this Request for Pre-Qualification (“Request for Pre-Qualification” or “RFPQ”) is to invite prospective bidders (“Bidders”) to submit Bids in order to be included on a list of qualified contractors (the “List of Qualified Contractors”) for the University of the Fraser Valley (“UFV”). UFV is looking to create two rosters from this RFPQ of Pre-Qualified Service Suppliers who are prepared to tender services as and when required by UFV for the following Consulting disciplines:

Discipline 1: Mechanical Consultants
Discipline 2: Electrical Consultants

It is anticipated that UFV will have many types of projects throughout the proposed term of the contract executed with roster proponents including, but not limited to interior renovations, tenant improvements, exterior and grounds improvements, condition assessments, feasibility studies, capital planning works, and others as identified and prioritized by UFV management. In order to expedite service responses and ensure quality standards will be met, UFV intends to prequalify Mechanical and Electrical Service Suppliers to be hired on an “as, if and when” required basis. Project locations may span across all active UFV campuses.
