Fort Nelson First Nation (FNFN) is requesting proposals from qualified engineering proponents to complete the preliminary and detailed design, including tender documents and technical specifications, for the replacement of approximately 930 metres of aging water main within the community. The project is being advanced for potential funding through Indigenous Services Canada (ISC) and is expected to use an alternative procurement process for contractor selection during construction
