Notice is hereby given that Capital Regional District (the “CRD”), intends to directly award a Contract to the following supplier, Origami Software Corp, to provide a suite of SharePoint Web Parts for the CRD SharePoint Online tenant for a perpetual license purchase including the original, and any future releases for a term of three years, with an estimated value of $40,000 CAD combined:
