Take notice that in accordance with Section 46 of the Forest Act, the District Manager of the Rocky Mountain Natural Resource District has offered the following replacement woodlot licence:
Woodlot Licence: W0856
Licence Holder: 1396503 B.C. Ltd
Location: 26km SE of Cranbrook
Commencement Date: July 17, 2026
The replacement woodlot licence, if accepted by the current licence holder, will have a term of 20 years and will contain the same land base and timber resources as the woodlot licence it replaces.
