    Overview

The Northwest Invasive Plant Council (NWIPC) is a non-profit organization that has a mandate to prevent the introduction and spread of invasive plants and to provide education to promote awareness of the impacts of invasive plants. The Bulkley IPMA (see Attachment 1) is one of eight IPMAs in the NWIPC operating area of northwest BC, including Haida Gwaii. We receive funding from the Province, Municipal and Regional governments, Crown corporations, Utilities and Private industry. Each of these categories is further broken down into jurisdictional partners who specify what their level of funding will be for work done within their jurisdiction.

On-site data recording, verification and upload to the provincial InvasivesBC database
Detailed tracking of hours and kms by jurisdiction, surveys/inventory and treatments
