Description
The purpose of this Request for Proposals is to invite Proposals from qualified Engineering Consultants to provide professional engineering services for the detailed design for the Sanitary Pump Station Renewals (Ross, Lagoon & Wall) project. Tender preparation, construction administration and construction inspection may also be required.
Non mandatory Pre-Proposal Site Meeting
A non-mandatory pre-proposal site meeting will be held on Tuesday, February 24, 2026.
Location: At the easement adjacent to 3401 Ross Road
Meeting Start time: 1:00 PM PST
Meeting End Time: 3:00 PM PST Approximately
Proponents are encouraged to join us to view the challenging conditions of the site and to meet the City project team.
Proponents are asked to please not park in the driveway as it must remain clear for the residents of the home at 3401 Ross Road. Street parking can be found on nearby Ruby Crescent. Attendees are encouraged to wear a reflective safety vest however other personal protective equipment (PPE) is not required.
This Request for Proposal is subject to the New West Partnership Trade Agreement, the Canadian Free Trade Agreement (Chapter 5), and the Canada-European Union Comprehensive Economic and Trade Agreement (Chapter 19).
