Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD) Analysis of Displacement Ventilation

Fraser Health intends to direct award a contract to Price Industries for Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD) Analysis of Displacement Ventilation in support of a broader ongoing Displacement Ventilation Emergence in Healthcare (or “DiVE) research and engagement project (Project), to which Price have provided in-kind support to date.
The maximum value of this contract will be $60,000, plus tax. Fraser Health has chosen not to complete a Request for Proposal (RFP) process but to direct award the contract for the following reasons:

 

Price Industries have been providing CFD guidance to the project since Oct 2021.  

Price Industries can commence CFD services without delay, which is required to meet tight project schedule and timelines of Project funders. 

Price Industries have extensive and detailed knowledge, experience and expertise related to CFD analysis for Displacement Ventilation (DV) in health care settings which is essential to the Project. 

Price Industries have developed close working relationship with the FH stakeholder groups, partners, other in-kind supports and project sponsors.

Provide proof showing your experience related to the requirements defined in this Notice of Intent. Only challenges from qualified Consultants will be reviewed.
